After I bought my bag of bones for nut and saddles on guitars my trouble began. While walking in Shanghai I had put the bones in a small suitcase as it had wheels. While walking to my room, I didn’t see a little step. The suit case went plump down the step and one of the wheels broke off. The next day I went suit case shopping. I’m not familiar with Shanghai’s markets where suit cases would be reasonably priced. While getting lost I saw a store with approximately 10 suit cases. In Spain the sign of feeling good or being happy are polka dots. A man can wear a tie with polka dots which means he wants to party or he has a general good feeling. I saw a suit case that was bright turquoise blue with white polka dots. The next day I returned and bought the set. A little hand carry on and a normal size to check. Both had polka dots. I checked my bag at the first plane trip from Shanghai to Beijing. Right at the counter they had me open up my bag. They said what had set off the machine were some magnets I had of some horses to stick on a refrigerator. After checking the bag I walked through security with the little bag. I was also stopped and the bag was opened. They didn’t find anything. I explained that I had my bag of bones in the suitcase but that didn’t set off the machine. Then I flew from Beijing to Shanghai and from Shanghai to Paris and from Paris to Spain. Every single check point made me open up my happy suit case and every single check point found nothing. The final blow was when I arrived in Spain the customs people stopped me and said where are you coming from. They took my tag from my suit case but strangely enough didn’t ask me to open my suitcase. I think in the future I won’t travel with my happy suit cases as it just caused too much trouble!
